Inside Sales Workshop

9/19/2006 7:30am - 9/19/2006 5:00pm

The role of the inside salesperson is key to any service center's goal of building ongoing profitable customer relationships. Introduced in the fall of 2001, this one-day interactive workshop, developed and facilitated by Maureen Grinnell especially for the MSCI, will raise the performance of your inside sales team with skills and best practices for taking inbound and outbound sales interaction to the next level-leading to an increased share of your customers' business. You will practice realistic sales scenarios and gain individualized peer and facilitator feedback. You will walk away with successful team sales strategies to partner more effectively with outside sales personnel and leave the workshop with a personal action plan to discuss ongoing skills and sales improvement with your manager.
