Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the state of Illinois in the counties north of Jersey, Macoupin, Montgomery, Fayette, Effingham, Clay, Richland and Lawrence and in the counties of Elkhart, Lake, Laporte, Porter and St. Joseph in the state of Indiana.
