Please note that In order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the states of Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, in the state of Mississippi the counties north of and including Washington, Humphreys, Holmes, Attala, Winston and Noxubee and in the state of Alabama the counties north of and including Sumter, Hale, Perry, Chilton, Coosa, Tallapoosa and Chambers.
