Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota in the counties east of Bennett, Butte, Corson, Custer, Dewey, Fall River, Gregory, Haakon, Harding, Jackson, Jones, Lawrence, Lyman, Mallette, Meade, Pennington, Perkins, Shannon, Stanley, Todd, Tripp and Ziebach, the state of Wisconsin in the counties of Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Iron, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Taylor, Trempealeau and Washburn and the Canadian provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
