Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Washington and Westmoreland in the state of Pennsylvania; the counties of Allegheny and Garrett in the state of Maryland; the counties of Athens, Belmont, Columbiana, Gallia, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mahoning, Meigs, Monroe and Washington in the state of Ohio; and in the counties of Barbour, Doddridge, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Mineral, Monongalia, Pleasants, Preston, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood in the state of West Virginia.
