Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the states of Hawaii, the following counties in California: Imperila, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara and in the following counties in Nevada: Clark, Esmeralda, Lincoln and Nye.
