Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the state of Missouri in the counties east of Mercer, Grundy, Livingston, Carroll, Saline, Pettis, Benton, Hickory, Dallas, Webster, Douglas and Ozark; in the state of Illinois, the counties south of and including Jersey, Macoupin, Montgomery, Bond, Marion, Clay, Richland and Lawrence and in Kentucky, the counties west of and including Henderson, McLean, Muhlenberg, Logan and Simpson.
