Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the states of Alaska and in the counties of Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston and Whatcom in the state of Washington.
