Please note that in order to apply for this scholarship, the MSCI member company and/or the employee’s primary residence or primary office must be in the counties east of Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Iron, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Taylor, Trempealeau and Washburn in the state of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula in the state of Michigan.
