What is the survey response schedule?

These two surveys are performed in alternating years so the industry compensation data is always current and the burden to complete the survey is spread evenly. The Sales, Administrative, Professional & Management Compensation are conducted and released in even years whereas the Production Employee Compensation are conducted and released in odd years.
