As an Outside Salesperson, you are the face, eyes and ears of your team and company. You create and represent the relationships that exist and the business that is developed across all facets of the organization. Along with sales skills and strategies, territory development and management is critical to the success of growing business within your territory. Together, both will be discussed in depth along with the mind-Set required to manage multiple responsibilities to increase sales and opportunities across all product lines and services available to customers and prospects alike.
The keys to the Outside Sales Program above and beyond the content are the interaction, idea generation and collaboration created during the Program.
