MSCI Files Post Hearing Comments On Global Steel Industry Situation
Rolling Meadows, Ill., May 13, 2016 — On Wednesday night the Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) filed post hearing comments concerning Policy Recommendations on the Global Steel Industry Situation and Impact on the U.S. Steel Industry Market with the United States Trade Representative (USTR). Winston & Strawn LLP filed the comments on MSCI’s behalf. This follows the testimony of Richard Robinson, Norfolk Iron and Metals, on behalf of MSCI at the USTR's public hearing April 12.
