New Governance Structure at MSCI: Goal to Increase Member Involvement

Rolling Meadows, Ill., Nov. 17, 2017 — The Metals Service Center Institute today announced the streamlining of its Board of Directors, reducing the maximum number of directors by 60 percent, and creating four official standing committees responsible for Audit, Compensation, Finance and Governance/Nominating.

“Our new modern board structure will increase our effectiveness at a time when active board participation is more important than ever,” said MSCI Chairman Holman Head, president & COO of O’Neal Industries. “We will now have the flexibility and increased Board support to maximize our member services and impact.”
