Shipments up Significantly in the U.S., Slightly in Canada

U.S. Service Center Activity
U.S. service center steel shipments in October 2018 increased a robust 6.8% from October 2017. Shipments of aluminum products increased by 8.5% from the same month in 2017.
Canadian Service Center Activity
Canadian service center steel shipments in October 2018 increased by 0.7% from October 2017. Shipments of aluminum products increased by 0.8% from the same month in 2017.
