Nationally, health care spending is expected to increase 5.4% per year through 2024. Americans from coast to coast can expect rising health care premiums and out of pocket expenses under Obamacare, according to several studies examining 2015 data. Employers are also feeling the pain, with regulations and mandates making it difficult and costly to provide comprehensive health insurance plans to employees and their families.
