  • October 5, 3:30 p.m. ET, Online: The Association of Builders and Contractors webinar on the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) joint employer decision. Registration is available here.
  • October 6, 10:30 a.m. ET, Washington, DC: The U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee will hold a hearing to examine the NLRB’s joint employer decision.
  • October 7, 10 a.m. ET, Washington, DC: The Energy and Power Subcommittee (Chairman Whitfield, R-Ky.) of House Energy and Commerce Committee will hold a hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulations for power plant emissions.
  • October 7, 10 a.m. ET, Washington, DC: The Environment and Oversight Subcommittee of House Science, Space and Technology Committee will hold a joint hearing on the EPA’s new ozone rule.
