U.S. Commerce Department Investigating Chinese Aluminum Imports

Last week, as a result of a petition filed last year by the Aluminum Extruders Council (ATC), the U.S. Department of Commerce announced it will conduct an investigation into whether Chinese aluminum extruder China Zhongwang failed to pay duties on some of its imports into the United States.
