A Note To Our Readers
The Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) is grateful to the loyal readers of Connecting the Dots. Over the last few months we have received a handful of inquiries about the newsletter’s content. Our goal is to keep members abreast of the public policy debate in Washington, D.C. and Ottawa, and around the states and provinces regardless of where we as an organization stand on an issue. In other words, often our stories are solely meant to inform readers, not to opine.
