Improving Employee Retention Through Effective Change Management

December 11, 2025 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CDT

In today’s fast-paced business environment, change is inevitable — but employee turnover doesn’t have to be. In the final session of the four-part “Talent Retention Webinar Series,” Dr. Jia Wang will explore how strategic change management can strengthen employee engagement, minimize resistance, and enhance retention.

Whether your organization is undergoing restructuring, technological transformation, or cultural evolution, this webinar will provide practical tools and frameworks to help you lead change effectively — while keeping your top talent motivated and committed.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Dr. Wang will articulate:

  • Common pitfalls that lead to turnover during change;
  • Core principles of effective change management;
  • Proven strategies to build trust and engagement during transitions; and
  • Actionable ways to integrate change management into your retention strategy.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This webinar will benefit multiple stakeholders, not just human resources leaders or learning and development professionals. If you are responsible for managing and developing employees other than yourself, this webinar will equip you with knowledge and tools to build a stronger, more committed workforce.
