Navigating Difficult Conversations provides tools and practices to allow managers to have more effective conversations in areas of performance, behavior, attitude, and other challenging situations that need to be addressed.
Many times managers know what they would like to be able to say to an employee, but are unsure as to how to communicate in ways that leave the employee motivated to make necessary changes? This course will help with those conversations and allow for a positive environment where issues are addressed.
