Additional Lodging Registration Information: Room Bookings must be made no later than September 3, 2025.

• A deposit of one-night room and tax must be charged to a credit card for reservation to be guaranteed.
• Single/Double Occupancy: $214 per night++ plus $45 daily resort fee (plus applicable taxes approx. 14.5%). Negotiated room rate is available from 9/29/25 – 10/05/25;
• The resort fee includes several in-room amenities: Daily Resort Wide Public Space Internet Access; Daily Enhanced High-speed Internet Access, Daily Yoga Class for 2 guests, Daily shuttle service to Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Daily admission to Cypress Springs Water Park for up to 4 guests, and Dry Cleaning. Bonvoy Elite Amenity: Daily Pass to RELACHE SPA
• Parking: Self-Parking is offered at 25% off published rate on day of event. Currently $38 per vehicle per day plus tax for drive-in and guests staying on property. No discount for Valet parking which is currently $50 (plus tax) daily.
