Here’s Why Human Resources Professionals Should Attend MSCI’s Safety Conference
Human resource professionals are asked to wear multiple hats, and often safety falls under the human resource umbrella since they play an important role in the health and safety of an organization’s employees. MSCI’s 2019 Safety Conference, September 25-26, 2019 in Schaumburg, Ill., will have dedicated sessions for human resource professionals to focus on how human resource and safety professionals can work together, how to create an onboarding process, how to manage workers compensation and where to begin when building a safe organization.
The second track of breakout sessions are geared towards safety professionals and operations leadership working in the plant. Experts will share their knowledge about integrating safety and safeguarding into coil processing equipment, how to manage and comply with crane safety through inspections and proper maintenance practices, and the role of future trucking trends and safety in metal distribution.
