MSCI Signs Letter On Business Liability During COVID-19
The Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) has joined with the National Association of Manufacturers and several other trade associations to send a letter to members of Congress urging them to act to ensure that essential businesses operating to support the United States’ response to COVID-19 are not subject to frivolous lawsuits. T

The letter makes it clear that Congress must act to ensure that such misguided litigation does not derail the U.S. economic recovery. The letter was delivered to federal lawmakers on May 1.
