  • October 8, 2020, 1 p.m. CT: Free webinar featuring Peter Boumgarden, Professor of Practice, Strategy and Organization from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Whether it’s how a global pandemic radically disrupts our current business model or the nature of how we get work done, the current volume of change facing firms and leaders can be paralyzing. Given this new cadence of change, it’s increasingly important that both individuals and firms develop skills to help them adapt with agility. In this webinar, we’ll walk through a framework for how to think about agility and discernment during change and answer your questions about how this applies to your current businesses. Registration for the webinar is here.
