Texas Chapter Awards Seven Scholarships in 2021

The Texas Chapter is pleased to announce the 2021 recipients of the Rene Morrison Memorial Scholarships.  Seven students whose parents work for MSCI member companies each received a $3,000 scholarship to further their education.

Kassidy Cravey Daughter of Roy Cravey Nucor Steel – Texas, will be attending East Texas Baptist University.

Genesis Jimenez Daughter of Jose Jimenez National Specialty Alloys, will be attending University of Texas at Austin.

Cameron Johnson Daughter of Scott Johnson Commercial Metals Company, will be attending Texas Tech University.

Catherine Oles Daughter of Christopher Oles Reliance MetalCenter – Arlington, will be attending University of Texas at Austin.

Terri Ray Daughter of Terry Ray Delta Steel, Inc., will be attending Southwestern University.

Bikal Sharma Son of Pramila Sharma Commercial Metals Company, will be attending Stanford University.

Brooke Wieland Daughter of Erik Wieland CMC Steel Texas, will be attending Angelo State University.
