The workforce gap in the industrial metals industry and the broader manufacturing sector is a real concern. But what if we told you there is a pool of skilled, reliable, and driven workers that your company may be overlooking? And that there are programs out there to connect you to these workers?
Join MSCI for a free webinar to learn more about The Manufacturing Institute’s Heroes MAKE America initiative, which builds connections between the military community and the manufacturing industry.
For veterans, Heroes MAKE America offers the opportunity to learn about the manufacturing industry and earn industry-recognized certifications necessary to establish a fulfilling career in manufacturing.
For companies, the program offers pathways to connect with the military community to attract and hire military talent. This includes Heroes MAKE America resume distribution, onsite and virtual career fairs, and in-person facility tours. These tours offer veterans and military spouses the opportunity to learn about the company’s operations, culture, careers, and its commitment to supporting the military community.
