ABOUT DR. JIA WANG

Dr. Wang is a tenured full professor of human resource development and director of the Training and Development Certification Program at College of Education and Human Development, Texas A&M University. She has been actively promoting individual and organizational development through context-sensitive and evidence-based research and systematically explored learning-based strategies for training and development, career development, crisis and change management, among many others. She is the recipient of 2024 Outstanding Human Resource Development Scholar Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development.
