This program for safety leaders brings best practices proven to develop consistent culture across locations and gain world-class safety performance. Updated to support MSCI’s Zero Harm Safety Always Journey, facilitators will guide your operations leaders through live online experiential learning modules. Graduates receive a certificate of completion.
Class Modules
The Zero Harm Safety Leadership program is a six-module course of study conducted over approximately 9 months. Students attend a total of nine sessions in five hour-long increments.
Module 1: Metals Supervisor Safety Foundations; June 19, July 17, August 21 & September 18
Module 2: Safety Leadership; October 16
Module 3: High-Impact Observations; November 20
Module 4: Physical Hazard Identification; December 18
Module 5: Job Safety Briefings; January 15
Module 6: Incident Investigation & Response; February 19
