- From January to October 2025, China exported six percent more steel than it did during the same period in 2024. While still robust, the expansion was less than the nine percent growth the country experienced from January to September. Read more analysis at this link.
- According to Mysteel, the Eurasian Economic Commission has introduced a new series of trade measures targeting the Chinese imports of titanium dioxide and aluminum foil. Specifically, the organization will impose anti-dumping duties on both products for five years, setting rates between 17.16 percent and 20.24 per cent for aluminum foil and 14.27 pe cent to 16.25 percent for titanium dioxide.
