Join MSCI’s Steel Conference To Celebrate Our Jack Malec Chapter Leadership Award Winner

Geopolitical strategist Peter Zeihan, former U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai, metals industry economists, and now, Donald R. McNeeley, Ph.D., executive chairman of Chicago Tube and Iron Corp., will receive MSCI’s Lifetime Achievement Award at MSCI’s Steel Conference and Annual Meeting. MSCI also will honor Andy Baszczuk from Griggs Steel, a leader in our Michigan Chapter, with our Jack Malec Chapter Leadership Award. Baszczuk has been a leader within MSCI’s Michigan Chapter since the 1990s. Currently, he serves as Scholarship Golf Outing chair and president of the Michigan Chapter Board. In the past, Baszczuk has served as a member and chair of the Scholarship Committee and as vice president of the Michigan Chapter Board. He joined Griggs Steel in 2009.
