Top Global Economic Forecaster To Headline MSCI’s Economic Summit
The Metals Service Center Institute will hold its 2019 Economic Summit Sept. 4-5 outside of Chicago, Ill. and individuals who register before July 1 will receive $400 off their fee.
MSCI’s Economic Summit is the only metals conference that provides end-use market data in an intimate setting conducive to strengthening existing business relationships and meeting new industry contacts.
Bernard Baumohl, chief global economist at The Economic Outlook Group who is well known for being ahead of the curve in assessing the direction of the U.S. and world economy, will be on hand this year. Baumohl’s ability to correctly predict the economy’s path was recognized by The Wall Street Journal, which ranked him as the most accurate economic forecaster for 2018. With MSCI this September, Baumohl will lay out the road ahead for the U.S. and international economy and will comment on the outlook for consumer and business spending, jobs, inflation and interest rates. His analysis also will include insight into the turbulent geopolitical climate in Europe, China, the Middle East and Latin America.
