SSAB Stronger Together: Leading with Inclusion

SSAB started their Inclusion & Diversity initiative in 2018 with a mission, vision, value, and pillars to guide them through their journey to always keep Inclusion & Diversity ‘top of mind’. SSAB formed a Committee for Inclusion & Diversity with a passionate group of diverse employees from different functions, departments and locations.

Team SSAB Americas, Carrie Krauss, Director of Organizational Development & Training, Jeff Moskaluk,  Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and Greg Scott, Vice President, Human Resources and Communication will share specific training activities from their “Stronger Together: Inclusion & Diversity Training” which has been rolled out to 100% of the top leaders and more than 90% of SSAB employees.  The interactive training is led by the Committee for Inclusion & Diversity members.
